- Rooms will be allocated once the guest reports at the office address.
- Complimentary Wi-Fi in the Lobby
- For Security reasons, Every Guest should arrive, carrying their ID Cards.
- Every guest should, check in with a proper Approved mail.
- Without an Approved mail, no guest will be entertained.
- Food bills will be sent on the email id of the guest, before their check out to avoid the duplication of the bills....
- The guest has to intimate one day prior before check out, so that, they are mailed their respective bills before the check out
- Any payment made by the guest besides the bill amount, the company would not be held responsible for the same.
- Alcohol is strictly prohibited.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms.
- Partying in the guest house is not allowed.
- Peace and silence is to be maintained in the Apartment, so that, the other guests are not disturbed.
- Food will be served only at the Dining Table.
- Any Damage to the property (Linens i.e. Bed sheets, bed covers, Pillow covers, Blankets, Towels, Hand Towels), Cupboards,
Cupboard locks, A/C, TV, then the Guest will be Held responsible for the damage and will need to compensate for the same.
- Washing of clothes is not allowed in the Apartment, as there is water shortage. Therefore, any washing of clothes by the guests in the Guest house will be chargeable.
- Geysers should be switched off, after use. A/c should be switched off, when leaving to the office, to save electricity.
Visitors, i.e. Family and Friends are not allowed into the rooms.
- They can meet them at the Lounge from 10 am to 7 pm.
- Breakfast will be served, between 7:30 am - 9:30 am.
- Lunch will be served, between 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm
- Dinner will be served, between 8:30 pm- 10:00 pm
- The check in & check out time is 10:00 AM to 10:00 AM
- International Cards are accepted by us.
- Refund Policy is within 7 days as per the policy.
- The Cancellation Policy is 24 hours prior the booking date.
